Shipping and Availability

We use the registered mail or courier to send you the parcel within 48 hours after paid.

1. Commercial Area

Free (with purchases under HK$300, HK$15 shipping fee).Buyer will receive the parcel on the next day if you order before 18:00.

2. Residential Area

Free (with purchases under HK$600, HK$30 shipping fee).Buyer will receive the parcel on the next 2 day if you order before 18:00.

3. Registration local mail

Free (with purchases under HK$400, HK$20 shipping fee).Buyer will receive the parcel on the next 2 day if you order before 18:00.

4. Global Mail

EMS Delivery service by Hong Kong Post. 2-3 days to Asian district and 3-5 days to other district.

 

Shipping rate and policy

There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time will be arranged according to areas of delivery, locations as extended area surcharge one more day deliver to the customers, please contact us or if any oversea buyers would like to check the shipping.

Returning and Canceling your order

If any item in your order has a cracked or otherwise damaged case and discover within 7days, contact our Customer Service Department by through contact us

Terms & Conditions:

1. If you changed your mind about your on-line purchase or incorrectly ordered the wrong title, all return shipping charges of products are the responsibility to the customers, except gi plus space limited was at fault.
2. Every transaction could accept only once return only.
3. In order to aid in the return process, please keep the original shipping package.
4. Incorrect choice, cracked or damaged products by customers may not be returned.
5. Special items (gifts、sale items and unreturned items) cannot be returned.
6. In order to improve the quality of the products, please kindly state the reasons of return.
7. gi plus space limited reserves the right to reject a return from any customer.

Process of returning the order

Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us and we can arrange an exchange or refund to be made by returning it to gi+.
